Questions
- Do I need to change my spreadsheets?
- Usually not. The common Shopify bulk-tool column names and Shopify's own CSV exports import as they are, and anything we don't recognise is listed before you import.
- What can undo restore?
- Every field an import changed, for every item it touched. If someone edited a field after the import, that newer value is kept.
- What happens when the open beta closes?
- You keep your data and automations. The free plan moves to one import and one export a day, and paid plans lift the limits.
- Where is my data processed?
- Files are processed by BulkBase and deleted automatically after 30 days. Saved server passwords are encrypted.
